How do I request a refund?

App-specific help
Tweply
How do I install Tweply?
Download the ZIP, open it and move Tweply to your Applications folder. Start it – the Tweply icon appears in the menu bar. Tweply needs macOS 14 Sonoma or later.
Open & paste does nothing.
Pasting needs the macOS permission “Accessibility”. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and turn on Tweply. If it is already on but pasting still fails, remove Tweply from the list and add it again.
My clipboard history is gone after a restart.
By default the history is kept in memory only, so it never ends up on your disk. To keep it across restarts, turn on “Preserve history between sessions” in the Clipboard tab of Tweply's settings.
How do I keep passwords out of the history?
Add your password manager in the Exclusions tab of Tweply's settings – nothing you copy in an excluded app is recorded. Entries that look like passwords are also obfuscated in the menu.
How do I update Tweply?
Tweply checks for new versions and shows “Update available” at the top of its menu. Download the new version and replace the app in your Applications folder; your templates and settings are kept.
Zapette
What do I need?
The Zapette app on your iPhone or iPad and the free Zapette app on your Mac. Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network (or close to each other for peer-to-peer Wi-Fi). No account and no internet connection are needed.
How do I connect for the first time?
Open the Mac app – a radio-wave icon appears in the menu bar. Open the app on your iPhone, allow “Local Network” access, tap your Mac and enter the 4-digit code shown in the Mac’s menu. After that, the iPhone reconnects automatically.
My Mac does not appear in the list.
Make sure the Mac app is running and both devices are on the same network. On the iPhone, check Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and enable Zapette. Some guest or company networks block device discovery.
The pointer does not move or the screen stays black.
Open the Zapette menu on your Mac and grant the missing permissions: Accessibility for mouse and keyboard, Screen & System Audio Recording for the screen view. If the app is not listed in System Settings, add it with the “+” button.
An app on my Mac stops working while the screen is shown.
Some apps (for example video players with copy protection) refuse to run while the screen is captured. On the iPhone, open the display menu on the Screen tab and choose “Off”. The trackpad and keyboard keep working without the screen picture.
Can I wake my Mac from the iPhone?
You can put the Mac to sleep from the Controls tab. While the Mac is asleep the app cannot run, so wake it with its keyboard, trackpad or by opening the lid. The iPhone reconnects automatically.
Nightbow
How do I join a match?
With a game controller (Xbox, PlayStation, MFi, Switch Pro), press Ⓐ on the title screen. On a Mac you can also join with the keyboard by pressing Space. The Siri Remote only navigates the menus – to play on Apple TV, use a controller or your phone. Empty spots are filled with CPU archers (you can change this under Rules).
How do I play with my phone?
Open “Phone” on the title screen and scan the QR code. The phone must be on the same Wi-Fi as the Apple TV or Mac. No app is needed – the controller runs in the phone's browser.
My phone can't connect.
Make sure the phone and the Apple TV or Mac are on the same Wi-Fi network, and that Nightbow may use the local network (Apple TV: Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Nightbow). On a Mac with the firewall on, allow Nightbow to accept incoming connections (System Settings → Network → Firewall → Options). Guest networks often block devices from seeing each other.
The phone controller feels slightly delayed.
That's the Wi-Fi. For the most precise play, use a game controller.
How do I change my name or archer?
On the title screen, Ⓨ changes the name and Ⓧ changes the archer. On the phone, use the fields at the top of the controller page.
Does Nightbow have online multiplayer?
No. It's made for playing together in the same room.
